My pc has a problem that is busy all the time. CPU seems to be used 100%, but I am doing nothing. Help!?
My computer has a problem that makes it busy all the time, and I cannot do anything but shutting it down.
The current condition of the computer is that as soon as I turn its power on, this “busy” state comes up right away. The hourglass stays up forever.
In the taskManager, I see nothing going on in the Application tab, but the CPU seems to be used 100%.
It is too slow to change the Recovery Point.
It seems that someone used it without my knowledge. Please help.
I had a similar problem on an older Celeron system. Try booting from cdrom after unplugging your hard drive. The hard drive motor, in the system I worked on, was going bad and the disk was running slower than it should. The longer the machine stayed on, the worse it got. It gave this “always busy” symptom.
